About the role

n

As a Personal Banking Intern, you'll help deliver products and services that make everyday banking simpler, safer and more accessible for customers.

n

You'll gain insight into how NAB supports millions of interactions across digital channels, branches and contact centres, while continuously improving customer experience.

What you'll do:

- Conduct research to develop market and competitor insights
n
- Collaborate with teams across NAB to deliver customer outcomes
n




- Support customer interactions and service initiatives
n
- Build an understanding of banking products and customer needsContribute to improving customer experience and processes
n
- Build employability skills to complement your studies
n

- Dates: 23 November 2026 - 29 January 2027 (Includes a two-week unpaid break over the festive period)

- Location: Melbourne

- Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident
n
- In your second-last year of study (undergraduate or postgraduate)
n
- Degree completion by December 2027
n
- Be available to commence full time employment from 23 November 2026 to 29 January 2027
