Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet company standards.
- Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to housekeeping team members.
- Manage and monitor housekeeping supplies and linen inventory.




- Communicate effectively with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to address guest needs and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Perform cleaning duties when required during busy periods.

Requirements

- Minimum1–2 years of housekeeping or supervisory experiencewithin a hotel or serviced apartment environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid working rights in Australiaare required.
