About The Role
n
The Campaigns & Events team delivers national and State based Peer-to-Peer Campaigns, Third Party Beneficiaries, Fundraising events, Community Fundraising and Community Engagement Activities across Queensland.
n
This role will provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Campaigns & Events team to assist with the delivery of our key campaigns throughout the year.
n
This role is a Fixed Term, Part-Time position (15 hours per week).
n
About You
n
We are looking for an experienced administration professional with great customer service skills, who is keen to apply that in a quick paced, fluid environment, supporting the coordination of our fundraising campaigns to achieve our revenue targets.
n
You Will Bring
n
n
- Experience working in administration and or fundraising environments (or equivalent)
n
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office 365 or Customer Relationship Management systems, project management systems, P&L; trackers
n
- Demonstrated sound experience in the provision of administrative support services
n
- Experience in data entry
n
- Experience in financial administrative procedures, including accounts payable
n
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems/programs
n
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with diverse individuals and groups
n
- Highly developed time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
n
- A current driver license
n
- Prior work experience with volunteers or in a not-for-profit environment is highly regarded though not essential,
as is experience supporting a sales or revenue generation team
n
