The Role

n

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team located in the Liverpool area, to service a diverse customer base, including government organisations, Insurance, Job Networks and more.

n

Managing inbound and outbound calls as well as emails through our CRM management system.

n

These may include but are not limited to booking requests, maintenance requests, ETA's, quotes, invoice enquiries, account enquiries and more.

n

Delivering fantastic customer experience from start to finish

n

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

n

n




- Proven customer service skills with strong communication and active listening abilities.
n
- At least 2 years of customer service experience required.
n
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
n
- Ability to build, uphold, and nurture relationships with existing customers.
n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases.
n
- Confident and professional telephone manner, with excellent etiquette and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
n
- Other administrative duties as appropriate.

- Experience in a fast paced environment
