We represent a privately owned developer-builder delivering a $2.5 billion multi-tower mixed-use precinct on the Gold Coast and are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to lead internal trades on a flagship high-rise stage of the masterplan.

This is a large-scale, multi-year vertical construction program incorporating luxury residential, hotel and commercial components, delivered within a developer-led structure with in-house construction capability. The role offers direct access to decision makers and genuine ownership across the finishes programme.

The Role

n

Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving the finishes stage of the project, including:

n

- Coordination and supervision of all internal and finishes trades
n
- Management of programme sequencing across fitout, services interface and final trades
n
- Driving quality outcomes in line with premium residential and hotel standards
n
- Oversight of defect minimisation,



inspections and close-out processes
n
- Ensuring WHS compliance across high-density, multi-trade environments
n
- Coordination with site, services and commissioning teams
n
- Reporting progress, risks and delivery outcomes to site leadership
n

Experience Required

n

n
- Degree or Trade Qualified Candidates will be considered must have a proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on mid to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects
n
- Strong understanding of fitout sequencing, services integration and defect management
n
- Experience delivering high-end finishes within structured site environments
n
- Ability to manage multiple trades, tight programmes and handover milestones
n
- Strong communication and coordination skills across subcontractors and consultants
n
