Apprenticeships Are Us is seeking motivated Panel Beating and Spray Painting Apprentices to join one of our host employers in Matraville, NSW. You'll gain hands‐on experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification, learning the latest repair techniques from experienced tradespeople using industry‐leading equipment.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Panel Beating Apprentices
n
Working alongside qualified panel beaters, you'll learn how to:
n
n
- Repair damaged vehicle body panels and structural components.
n
- Remove, replace and align body panels.
n
- Use specialised panel repair equipment and workshop tools.
n
- Prepare repaired vehicles for the refinishing process.
n
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and workplace safety standards.
n
n
Spray Painting Apprentices
n
Working alongside experienced refinishing technicians, you'll learn how to:
n
n
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting.
n
- Sand, mask, prime and colour‐match vehicle panels.
n
- Apply automotive paint and clear coats to manufacturer standards.
n
- Complete polishing, finishing and quality inspections.
n
- Maintain workshop equipment and a clean, secure work environment.
n
n
About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to build a long‐term career in the automotive industry.

To be successful, you'll have:

- A current driver's licence (or working towards obtaining one) is preferred.
