At Jas Stephens, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inspection Manager to join our award winning Property Management team. This is the perfect entry level opportunity for someone looking to establish a successful career in Real Estate.

About the Role

n

As our Inspection Manager, you'll play a key role supporting the leasing and property management process. You will work closely with our Property Managers, Department Manager, Rental Providers and Renters, helping to ensure our rental properties are presented, maintained and managed to the highest standard.

n

This is a varied role that combines inspections, client service and administration, offering plenty of opportunity to learn and develop your skills within a thriving property management team.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Conducting open homes and private inspections professionally and confidently

n

Presenting properties and responding to renter enquiries

n

Recording inspection details and applicant feedback accurately

n

Completing entry, routine and vacate inspections and preparing detailed reports

n

Identifying maintenance issues and compliance requirements

n

Liaising with property managers,



renters and rental providers

n

Assisting with invoicing, reconciliations, key management and general administration

n

Providing support across the Property Management team, Reception and Business Development functions when required

n

Participating in team meetings, training and continuous improvement initiatives

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, robust attention to detail and a genuine desire to build a career in Real Estate.

To be successful, you will have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

n

A proactive approach and willingness to learn

n

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

n

Availability to work some Saturdays

n

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
