About the Role

n

We have multiple opportunities available for Pre Op Cleaners across our Overnight shift at our Karawatha facility.

n

Available shift times include:

n

n
- Overnight: Must be available 8:00PM - 4:00AM
n

n

These shifts operate across all days of the week. To be considered, you must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, with shifts generally being 8 hours or longer.

n

We offer fixed rosters rather than rotating schedules. For example, if you are hired for morning shifts, your roster will remain on morning shifts.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Carry our pre-operational cleaning tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning down surfaces, cleaning machinery, and preparing work areas to meet food safety and operational standards.
n
- Perform general hygiene duties such as emptying waste bins,



cleaning and sanitising floors, wiping down high-touch surfaces (e.g. door handles).
n
- Use approved cleaning chemicals safely and effectively to ensure all areas meet company hygiene and sanitation requirements.
n
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and awareness of relevant Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to ensure the safe handling, storage and use of cleaning agents.
n
- Wash tubs, trolleys, utensils, and other items using designated cleaning equipment and methods to meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
n
- Work in varying temperature conditions, including warm and cool environments, depending on task location and production needs.
n

About You

n

You will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
n
- The ability to learn and follow Food Safety, HACCP, and WHS procedures.
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
n
- The physical capability to lift and move objects up to 20kg where required.
n
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
n
- The ability to follow instructions efficiently and work independently when required.
n
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
n
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
n
- High levels of reliability, resilience, professionalism, and work ethic.
n
