The Role

Supplier & Order Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers. Place orders, manage lead times, and ensure seamless communication.
n
Sales & Customer Service (B2C): Process customer orders, handle picking and packing, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
n
Warehouse & Factory Liaison: Step out of the office and onto the floor to coordinate stock control, verify deliveries, and keep warehouse operations perfectly aligned with administration.
n
Production Support: Jump into production to help the team out whenever needed.
n
Staff Management:
Manage and coordinate production staff to ensure daily and weekly targets are met efficiently.
n
Office Management: Keep the factory office organised, efficient, and running smoothly day in, day out.

About You

High Attention to Detail: You spot errors before they become problems and take pride in accuracy.
n
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
n
Highly Organised: A methodical approach to tasks with a strong commitment to following procedures and take pride in keeping chaos at bay.
n
Multitasking Expert: Exceptional ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
n
Tech-Savvy: High-level computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
n
Key Characteristics
n
Adaptable & Flexible: You thrive in a energetic workplace where priorities can shift quickly.
n
Quick & Eager Learner: You love picking up new skills and take initiative to understand the business inside out.
n
Can-Do Attitude: No task is too big or too small; you bring positive energy and a hands‐on approach to the team.
n
Nice-to-Haves
n
Experience using the CIN7 inventory management system.
n
Prior managerial and/or operational experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
n
What's on Offer
n
Stability & Growth: A secure, full-time position within a rapidly growing, dynamic brand.
n
Great Culture: A supportive, active, and hands-on team environment where your work directly impacts our daily success.
n
Full Training: Comprehensive training provided on our internal systems, software, and operations.
