Requirements:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in business services / public practice
n
- CA/CPA qualified or near completion
n
- Robust client relationship management and communication skills
n
- Knowledge of Australian tax legislation and compliance requirementsProven ability to meet deadlines
n
- Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior team members (desirable)
n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns across a diverse client portfolio.
n
- Prepare BAS, IAS and other compliance obligations for various entity structures.
n
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and respond to accounting and tax queries.
n
- Review work completed by junior team members and provide mentoring where required.
n
- Assist with tax planning, business advisory and complex client matters.
n
- Ensure compliance with ATO requirements while meeting client deadlines.
n
