About The Role

n

Our Federal Government Client is seeking Lead SAP S/4HANA Functional Analysts to support a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation program, migrating from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA.

n

SAP Finance Functional Analyst

n

Responsible for providing expert advice on SAP ECC to S/4HANA Finance transformation activities, including:

n

n
- General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset Accounting
n
- Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Orders and Profit Centre Accounting
n
- Financial closing, taxation, banking and payment processes
n
- S/4HANA Finance capabilities including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Business Partner, New Asset Accounting, Margin Analysis and Fiori Finance applications
n
- Finance data migration, reconciliation, testing and cutover activities
n

n

SAP Procurement Functional Analyst

n

Responsible for supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA Procurement transformation activities, including:

n

n
- Purchasing, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts and scheduling agreements
n
- Supplier management, inventory management, goods receipt and invoice verification processes
n
- S/4HANA Procurement capabilities including Business Partner, simplified procurement, Fiori purchasing applications and adaptable workflow
n
- Supplier master, material master and purchasing document migration activities
n
- Procurement integrations, including IDocs and APIs
n

n

SAP HCM Functional Analyst

n

Responsible for supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA HCM transformation activities, including:

n

n
- Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management and Payroll processes
n
- HR master data, infotypes,



personnel actions and enterprise structure configuration
n
- Payroll and time process impacts, wage types, schemas and time evaluation concepts
n
- HCM for S/4HANA compatibility, Business Partner impacts and simplification analysis
n
- Functional testing, data validation, reconciliation and cutover planning
n

n

This is a long-term contract role with an initial contract duration of up to 12 months, with potential extensions up to a maximum of 24 months. The role is located in Canberra, Brisbane or Melbourne, with a hybrid working arrangement. Successful candidates will be required to work onsite for the first 6 weeks, after which hybrid flexibility may be considered.

As The Selected Candidate, You Will

n

n
- Lead functional analysis and solution design activities supporting the SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migration program.
n
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements aligned with enterprise architectures and solution designs.
n
- Provide senior SAP functional expertise, recommendations and guidance to business stakeholders and ICT teams.
n
- Collaborate with architects, developers, project teams and business areas to define effective solutions.
n
- Support SAP Activate methodology activities including discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, design, testing, migration and deployment activities.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, technology capability and operational outcomes.
n
- Lead solution design activities for complex ICT systems and ensure alignment with organisational standards.
n

n

To Be Successful In This Role You Should Have

n

n
- Demonstrated experience as a Lead SAP Functional Analyst, SAP Solution Designer, Senior SAP Consultant or equivalent role.
n
- Strong experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration programs, including ECC6 to S/4HANA initiatives.
n
- Experience applying SAP Activate methodology within SAP implementation or migration projects.
n
- Strong consultancy skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, analysis and solution recommendation.
n




- Experience leading system design activities for large and complex enterprise ICT environments.
n
- Ability to translate business strategy and operational requirements into effective technology solutions.
n
- Experience supporting SAP migration activities including data analysis, validation, reconciliation, testing and cutover planning.
n
- Knowledge of SAP integration concepts including IDocs, APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
n
- Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders and provide senior‐level technical advice.
n

n

It Is Desirable If You Have

n

n
- Experience specialising in SAP Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM) or HCM functional streams.
n
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA capabilities including Business Partner, Fiori applications, Universal Journal, Migration Cockpit and Simplification Item analysis.
n
- Experience with software design principles, solution architecture and enterprise technology standards.
n
- Experience working within large government or highly regulated enterprise environments.
n

n

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
