As a full-time site Boilermaker at Boneyard Fabrications, you'll play a vital role in being part of the team that ensures projects are run smoothly and efficiently both on site and in the workshop

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Carry out hands-on fabrication and welding tasks to the highest standards using a range of specialised equipment
n
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide the fabrication process
n
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise, implementing effective solutions
n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety procedures and quality control measures
n
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to more junior team members
n
- Liase with clients to complete the projects to the highest standards they expect
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Formal trade qualification as a Boilermaker or relevant experience
n
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in metal fabrication, welding and assembly techniques MIG , TIG and STICK
n
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
n




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
n
- Sound understanding of interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
n
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
n
- Positive, collaborative attitude and effective communication skills
n
