About the Role

n

Working closely with our Construction & Project Manager, you'll oversee approximately five to six active construction sites while leading three carpentry crews across a variety of residential and commercial projects.

n

You'll coordinate daily site activities, maintain exceptional workmanship standards, mentor apprentices and ensure every project reflects the quality our clients have come to expect.

n

This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you'll have the autonomy to make decisions while being supported by an experienced management team.

About You

n





You'll be a qualified carpenter with at least 10 years' industry experience and a passion for quality construction.

n

You'll also bring:

n

n
- Proven experience leading carpentry teams.
n
- Residential and commercial construction experience.
n
- Strong understanding of WHS obligations.
n
- Experience mentoring apprentices.
n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
n
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
