NDIS - Support Worker - Community Participation

True Living is a Sydney-based NDIS provider dedicated to helping people with disability live independently, safely and with dignity in their own homes and communities. We deliver person-centred support that puts each participant's goals, choices and wellbeing first, guided by the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct. Our support workers are the heart of what we do, reliable, compassionate people who show up and genuinely care.

The Role

We're growing our team of Support Workers across Sydney. The successful applicant will need versatile availability, including weekends, evenings, public holidays and overnight shifts.
