At Cronulla Pools, we design and build beautiful concrete pools across Sydney - and we're looking for someone ready to step off the tools and into leadership.

This role is for a tradie or leading hand with solid construction experience who wants more. More responsibility, more say in how a job runs, more of a future. You'll work alongside our senior Site Supervisors on live builds, learning how to run a project from set-out to handover - while still getting your hands dirty on site.

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

You'll be paired with one of our experienced Site Supervisors, learning the ropes of managing trades, clients, and timelines on real pool builds. This isn't a shadowing role - you'll be given real responsibility as you prove yourself, with a clear runway to step into your own Site Supervisor role.

- Site support - helping the Supervisor with site setup, string lines, levels, and checking excavations
n
- Crew guidance - leading trades on-site when the Supervisor is managing other projects
n
- Trade coordination - greeting subcontractors (excavators, steel fixers, plumbers, concrete sprayers) and making sure they've got what they need to get on with the job
n
- Hands-on trade work - formwork, basic plumbing layout,



pool clean and start up and site clean-up

- Safety & compliance - keeping an eye on WHS standards and making sure temporary pool fencing is secure
n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n

n
- 2-3 years' hands-on experience in construction, concreting, or structural landscaping
n
- Current Australian driver's licence (MR or HR is a big plus) and a valid White Card
n
- Can read basic construction plans and use levelling equipment
n
- Genuinely wants to move into a supervisory role - this isn't a side step, it's a step up
n
- Coachable - you'll be learning from people who've done this for years, and we need you open to that
n
