About the Role

n

Reporting to the Cold Store Manager, you will play a key role in supervising daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient load-out, accurate inventory control, and smooth coordination with production and logistics.

n

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead from the front, support your team, and keep operations running safely and efficiently.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Supervise daily cold store and load-out operations

n

Coordinate with production and logistics to meet customer orders

n

Ensure accurate picking, scanning, and inventory control

n

Assist with stocktakes and maintain accurate records

n

Monitor team performance, output, and workflow efficiency

n

Support daily reporting across safety, stock, and production

n

Identify and reduce errors, product damage, and inefficiencies

n

Safety & Compliance

n

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture

n





Ensure safe forklift and high-risk work practices

n

Report hazards, incidents, and safety concerns

n

About You

n

You're a reliable and motivated supervisor who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys leading a team on the floor.

n

You will bring:

n

Experience in warehouse or cold storage operations

n

Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams on shift

n

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

n

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

n

A practical, hands-on approach with a positive attitude

n

Highly regarded:

n

Experience with inventory or warehouse systems (e.g. scanning systems, BSM, Triton)

n

Exposure to stock control and reporting processes

n

Requirements

n

Current Forklift Licence (LF)

n

Flexibility with working hours to support production needs
