About the Role

We're looking for amotivated, client-focused Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary NSW team.

- Develop, deliver, and monitor behaviour support plans

- Provide timely, effective services that meet participant goals
n
- Work independently while being backed by a supportive team

- Understand the importance of KPIs—and always put quality care first

What You'll Need

n

- Current registration with theQuality and Safeguards Commission (Core, Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist)
n
- Experience supporting children, adolescents, or adults with complex needs
n
- Passion for helping clients reach their full potential
n
- Solid communication skills—advocacy, mediation, and relationship building
n
- Driver's licence and registered vehicle
n
