The Role

Reporting to the Coordinator Healthy Ageing, you will:

n

- Lead a team delivering age-friendly programs and services
n
- Drive initiatives aligned to the WHO Age-Friendly Cities Framework
n
- Build key partnerships across council, community and aged care providers
n
- Oversee projects, grants, reporting and continuous improvement
n
- Advocate for community needs and represent Council in the sector
n
- This is a locum assignment for approximatly 6 weeks with the potential to extend
n

About You

n

Proven people leadership experience

n

Experience in community development and project delivery

n

Background in aged care, community health or social services

n

Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership skills

n

Relevant tertiary qualification

n
