Where you'll be working

n

Based at Macquarie Hospital North Ryde.

n

What you'll be doing
n Assess, plan, implement and evaluate community nursing care, in the patient home or clinic, in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.

n

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
n Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

n

n
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
n
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in acute care, community nursing, or a combination of both settings.
n
- Experience to services such as wound management, post-acute care, palliative care, catheter care, or advanced wound therapies. Working rights for Australia.
n
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and apply qualified and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
n

Current computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems.
