Description

- Support the setup and coordination of a new program during the discovery and planning phase
n
- Coordinate workshops and discovery sessions focused on asset management, CMDB accuracy, lifecycle management, patching, and replacement planning
n
- Track program milestones, dependencies, actions, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams
n
- Maintain program artefacts including schedules, RAID logs, decision registers, and status reports
n




- Support governance forums by preparing reports, presentations, and meeting packs
n
- Act as a central coordination point between cyber, infrastructure, service management, and delivery teams
n
- Ensure accurate documentation of requirements, outcomes, and decisions using Jira and Confluence
n
- Support transition from discovery into delivery, ensuring clear handover and alignment
n

Profile

n

A successful Program Coordinator should have:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Program Coordinator or Project Coordinator within technology or cyber programs
n
- Experience working on new programs or discovery‐phase projects
n
- Experience working in a telecommunications environment (highly regarded)
n
- Strong coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Hands‐on experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and reporting
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skill
n
