Aman Aged Care is a warm and welcoming 46-bed Residential Aged Care and Support at Home dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred support for our residents. Our care home is holistic, supporting the physical, emotional, social, and well-being of every individual.

The Opportunity:

n

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care, support residents' health and wellbeing, and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.

n

You will work closely with our care staff, lifestyle team, and leadership group to ensure each resident receives the highest level of person-centred care.

n

What you'll do:

n

n
- Provide high-quality clinical and person-centred care
n
- Complete and oversee assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation
n
- Administer medications and manage clinical procedures in line with best practice
n
- Monitor residents' health status and respond to changing needs
n
- Lead, mentor, and support care staff during your shift
n
- Liaise with GPs, Allied Health and other health practitioners to support resident needs
n
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the care team
n
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards, policies, and procedures
n
- Contribute to a positive,

We'd love to hear from you if you:

n

n
- Hold a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Have previous experience in aged care (highly regarded)
n
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years' experience in aged care settings
n
- Have strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical-thinking skills
n
- Able to work collaboratively across all teams and areas
n
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Have a kind, patient, and respectful approach to supporting residents
n
