The Role:

We're looking for a Full Time Assistant Store Manager to join our Duty-Free sales team at Adelaide Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

What You'll Do:

- Lead from the front – be the go-to person for support and motivation
n
- Deliver magical moments for customers with every interaction
n
- Support the Store Manager in driving performance and team engagement
n
- Set high standards in presentation and service – and walk the talk
n
- Give meaningful feedback and coaching to help your team grow
n
- Help create a respectful, connected team culture
n
- Step up when needed – be confident managing store operations
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
n
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead
n
- Confidence to take initiative and own your role
n
- A "hands-on" leader who thrives in a team setting
n
- Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
n




- Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
n
