Job Description

Multicap operates a full-time, on-site manufacturing and contract packing facility in Rocklea, Queensland. You will lead a team of around 60 staff, including Supported Employees, Job Coaches and production personnel, fostering hands-on leadership in a fast-paced workplace.

The role emphasises rostering, inventory control, and Lean manufacturing practices, with a focus on safety, quality and growth opportunities within the NDIS-funded employment program.
