We're partnering with one of Australia's leading Institutional Banking teams to appoint a Senior Manager or Associate Director into its Project Finance team.

The Opportunity
n
Working as part of a highly experienced and collaborative team, you'll play a leading role in the origination, structuring and execution of complex limited recourse financing transactions.
n
You'll lead smaller transactions independently while taking ownership of key workstreams on larger, high-profile deals, working alongside experienced Directors and Executive Directors.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Leading the execution of complex Project Finance transactions from origination through to financial close.
n
- Structuring and assessing financing solutions in line with risk appetite.
n
- Preparing and presenting high-quality credit submissions and investment papers.
n
- Managing due diligence, documentation and external advisers throughout the transaction process.
n
- Building strong relationships with institutional clients, investors and internal stakeholders.
n
- Supporting the ongoing management of an existing loan portfolio.
n
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
n

About You
n
We're keen to speak with professionals who have:
n
n
- Demonstrated Project Finance, Structured Finance or Infrastructure Finance experience.
n
- A solid background in transaction execution and credit analysis.
n
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
n
- Experience preparing credit papers and presenting transactions for approval.
n
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex transactions.
n
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
n
n
Candidates from leading banks, project finance advisory, debt advisory or other relevant structured finance environments are encouraged to apply.
