Our client is an established and growing Not for profit organisation. They are based on the Northern Beaches and accessible by public transport. They are going through a significant operational change to positively transform and shape the finance function. Our client is passionate about their cause for helping vulnerable members of society and they do possess a collaborative, low-hierarchy and friendly environment with a strong work ethic. Their leadership team is approachable and keen on building a strong future. Additionally, they also do offer some flexibility for hybrid WFH arrangement after training.

The Role

This is a permanent and full time Management Accountant position where you will be responsible for the following:

n

Financial reporting and analysis

n

Budgeting and forecasting

n

Cost and performance management

n

Business partnering with department heads

n

System process improvement

n

Your Background

n

We are looking for candidates who fit the following profile:

n

More than 2 years of local working experience as a Management Accountant or Financial Analyst

n

Strong budgeting, forecasting and business partnering experience

n

Advanced excel skills to perform financial modelling and build budgets and forecasts

n

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to partner with stakeholders

n

Desire to work for a growing not for profit organisation
