About the Role
n
As ourPeople & Culture Compliance & Systems Administrator,you'llplay a critical role in ensuring our workforce compliance obligations are met while supporting the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our People & Culture systems.
n
You'llbe the primary administrator forEmployment Hero, ensuring the system isconfigured for fit for purpose,user-friendly and aligned with organisational requirements.You'llalso coordinate workforcecredentials andcompliance activities across employment, mandatory training, child safety,privacyand regulatory obligations, helping keep our organisation audit-ready and compliant.
n
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, working with data, solvingproblemsand ensuring every detail is managed accurately.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
You'llbe responsible for:
n
n
- Administering and optimising Employment Hero, including workflows, user access,reportingand system configuration.
n
- Coordinating workforce compliance requirements including employee records, mandatory training, screening checks, probation, policyacknowledgementsand employment documentation.
n
- Maintainingaccurate,secureand audit-ready People & Culture records.
n
- Supporting child-protected and safeguarding workforce compliance requirements.
n
- Producing workforce reports, compliancedashboardsand audit evidence.
n
- Providing Employment Hero training and support to managers and employees.
n
- Developing user guides, processdocumentationand system improvements.
n
- Supporting internal audits, accreditationactivitiesand continuous improvement initiatives.
n

About You
n
You'llbring:
n
n
- Experience administeringEmployment HeroorsimilarHRIS.
n
- Experience in HR administration, workforcecomplianceor People & Culture operations.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
n
- Confidence managing confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
n
- Strong reporting, datamanagementand problem-solving skills.
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities whilemaintaininghigh levelsof accuracy.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
n
n
Experience within community services, disability, child protection, residentialcareor another regulated environment will be highly regarded.
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in human resources Business Administrationor a related discipline.
n
- Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence.
n
- Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
n
- Ability to meet all probity and safeguarding requirements, including a Licensed Care Service (LCS) Check.
n
