High Intensity Support Required.

Providing person centred support to a young lady with complex disabilities.

n

This role requires highly experienced professional support workers.

n

Must have experience in medication management, epilepsy, positive behaviour management, restrictive practices.

n

The qualified support worker will assist the participant to achieve her goals, maintain her safety and wellbeing, and participate meaningfully in the community while promoting independence, dignity and choice.

n

A candidate with team leadership experience will be highly regarded and may assist in mentoring other staff and maintaining consistency in service delivery at a high level.

n

Must have:

n

n
- Valid NDIS worker check
n
- Current first aid and CPR
n

n

Helpful in this role:

n

n
- Epilepsy training
n
- Administration of Midazolam training
n
- MAYBO or equivalent training
n
- Team leadership/ house manager experience
n
- Medical background an advantage
n

n

This is a female only support role.

n

This is not a sole trader position, you will be paid by the award.
