This is a leadership opportunity where you will do more than manage. You will inspire, influence, and transform.

As the team leader, you will provide guidance to a team of skilled professionals to evolve process standards, deliver impactful improvement projects, and set clear operational targets across Claims & Assessing to ensure process management excellence is embedded across the business.

n

Position Accountabilities

n

You will be responsible for leading and guiding your team to:

n

n
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business strategy whilst generating innovative ideas for achieving desired business outcomes.
n
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise in the Process Analysis practice, including coaching, mentoring, and ownership of the C&A; Process Management Framework, processes, tools, and techniques.
n
- Monitor and report on the process analyst team's outputs and delivery.
n
- Motivate and evaluate the team in alignment with an internal capability & leadership framework.
n
- Ensure effective working relationships for the team across the technology delivery teams.
n
- Participate effectively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, and release planning meetings.
n
- Lead the A&G; process management community to ensure organisational alignment and consistency in Process Management.
n




- Maintain effective stakeholder relationships that deliver capability uplift across C&A; in understanding and advocating process management techniques and approaches to deliver improved business outcomes.

What experience you'll bring

n

n
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience managing and developing people.
n
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and modelling (BPMN), including As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data models.
n
- Experience with industry-standard process frameworks, taxonomies, and governance models.
n
- Demonstrated process improvement experience.
n
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders across organisational functions.
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
- Experience with BIC or similar BPM tool/s.
n
- Experience with Atlassian tools - Jira & Confluence.
n
- Experience in the General Insurance industry or Financial Services, or other heavily regulated industries.
n
- Familiarity with APQC and/or other process architecture frameworks.
n
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or other process improvement qualification (desirable)
