Position Description

n

We are seeking a skilled and motivatedLabourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a labourer and a desire to actively contribute to team planning and be committed to strong work productivity and high quality workmanship.

n

Carry out tasks as directed by supervisor, including but not limited to: Assisting plant and machinery movements, handheld machine use, manual labour, asphalting, concreting and paving.

n

Participate in toolbox meetings

n

Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

n





Contribute to effective team work by being proactive, engaged and seeking to complete high quality work in an effective and productive manner

n

Experience in civil construction

n

Hold a current driver's licence

n

White Card

n

Working with Children's Check

n

Be physically fit and capable of manual labour

n

Ability to work autonomously

n

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

n

Machinery tickets (not essential)

n

HR truck license (preferred, not essential)

n

Be punctual, reliable, have pride in your work
