We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Optical Dispenser to join our passionate and growing team.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and has a passion for styling, eyewear, and helping people look and feel their best.

You will be responsible for:

- Luxury frame styling and personalised eyewear consultations
n
- Optical dispensing, measurements, and lens recommendations
n
- Delivering exceptional end-to-end customer service
n
- Adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting
n
- Supporting the optometrists and wider team
n




- Maintaining high presentation and merchandising standards
n

About You

You are:

- An experienced Optical Dispenser (2+ years preferred)
n
- Passionate about customer service, fashion, health, and eyewear
n
- Confident with dispensing, styling, adjustments, and troubleshooting
n
- Warm, polished, and professional in your communication
n
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and take pride in your work
n
- Comfortable working Saturdays as part of your roster
n
- Holder of a formal optical dispensing qualification
n
- Australian citizen with full working rights
n

Mandarin language skills are highly regarded due to our diverse client base.
