Assistant Manager or Manager - Business Services: Sydney

Looking to step into a leadership role with more variety, more client strategy, and more room to grow?

This mid-tier firm is growing and looking for someone to help lead its Business Services team. You'll manage client relationships, oversee workflow, and deliver a mix of tax, compliance and strategic advisory services.

n

Key responsibilities

n

• Review complex financials and tax work prepared by the team

n

• Deliver business structuring, forecasting, and advisory solutions

n

• Guide and mentor juniors and intermediates

n

• Engage with Partners and contribute to strategic discussions

n

• Monitor workflow and budgets across your portfolio

n

What you bring

n

• 5-8+ years in business services or tax

n

• Experience managing client relationships and junior staff

n

• Strong communication and a solutions-first mindset

n
