Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and skilled manner.

- Customer Service: Assist clients with account-related transactions, inquiries, and account maintenance.

Transaction Processing:

- Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and organised records of customer transactions and account activities.

- Assist in preparing and updating customer account documentation.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed about the bank's products and services to effectively assist customers in choosing the best options for their financial needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in banking or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
