We're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join our growing Civil & Infrastructure team and play a key role in delivering projects that are helping shape the future of Southeast Queensland.

n

Key Responsibilities Include

- Lead and supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget
n
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve programme, quality and safety objectives
n
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement practical solutions to keep works on track
n
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
n
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements
n
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and safety initiatives to promote a strong safety culture
n
- Prepare site reports, track project performance and support successful project delivery
n

About You - Skills & Experience

n

n




- Proven experience as a Foreman within construction civil infrastructure or related project environments
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
n
- Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, safety requirements and quality standards
n
- Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and project programmes
n
- Relevant trade qualifications or construction-related certifications
n
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
- Good digital literacy and experience using construction management platforms such as Procore
n
- A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes while fostering positive working relationships across project teams
n
