We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Site Boilermaker to join a well-established structural steel contractor delivering Tier 2+ commercial projects across Sydney. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear temp-to-perm pathway and immediate interview availability.

Workshop location: Fairfield Area
n
General Project Locations: Sydney CBD, Inner West and some Western Sydney Projects.
n
The Role:
n
n
- Supervision and coordination of site-based structural steel installation
n
- Leading small crews on Tier 2+ commercial projects
n
- Liaising with both the client and project management teams
n
- Reading and interpreting structural drawings
n
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
n
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
- Trade qualified Boilermaker
n
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand on structural steel projects
n
- Strong background in Tier 2/1 commercial construction
n
- Can do attitude
n
- Ability to drive productivity and maintain programme
n
- High-level understanding of WHS compliance and site safety
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
n
