Site Manager – Commercial Construction Project – Lithgow NSW

Structen has an opportunity available for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for an immediate start on a 17-week commercial construction project in Lithgow, NSW.

n

Experience delivering commercial projects would be highly regarded, along with current First Aid and Working at Heights qualifications. If you're local to Lithgow or the surrounding area — even better.

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining program timelines, ensuring WHS compliance, and delivering a high-quality project outcome.

To Be Considered, You Must Have:

n

n
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Good computer skills
n
- WHS training and understanding of site safety requirements
n

n





Highly Regarded:

n

n
- Previous Service Station construction experience
n
- Current First Aid certification
n
- Current Working at Heights certification
n

n

This is initially a contract position for this specific project; however, if you're a great fit for our team and culture, there is strong potential for ongoing work on future upcoming projects.
