- $66,378 base salary ($34.04ph)+ uncapped commission + penalties + super

- Average earnings of $80K+, with top performers exceeding $100K

- 4 weeks of full-time paid training

- Hybrid flexibility with up to 3 days WFH once fully competent in the role

- Rotating roster between 10:00am - 10:00pm

- Approx. 1 weekend shift per month

What you'll be doing

- Handling a high volume of inbound customer enquiries
n
- Booking appointments and providing tailored solutions
n
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services, with full training and support
n
- Delivering a positive, professional customer experience
n
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
n
- Navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced contact centre environment

About you

You may have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centre, or sales. You'll be someone who:

- Communicates clearly and builds rapport quickly

- Listens well and identifies customer needs

- Feels confident recommending additional products or services where appropriate

- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace

Previous contact centre experience is highly regarded, but not essential - full training is provided.
