The Sleeper Hut Pty Ltd is a well‐established supplier of concrete sleeper retaining wall materials, servicing customers across Southeast Queensland. We are seeking a reliable, hands‐on Yard Supervisor to lead our small team and keep our yard running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

About the Role

n

You will oversee day‐to‐day yard operations, working closely with a team of 2–3 staff. This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in a well‐organised yard, and communicates confidently with both customers and suppliers. Hours are between 7am-4pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a small yard team in daily operations
n
- Load customer orders safely and accurately
n




- Organise incoming stock deliveries and maintain clear stock locations
n
- Keep the yard neat, safe, and efficient
n
- Operate forklifts and vehicles for loading/unloading
n
