A large residential aged care home is seeking an experienced and people-focused Facility Manager to join the team during an exciting period of growth and development.

n About the RoleAs the operational leader of a 100-bed residential aged care home, you will oversee, support and drive all aspects of service delivery.

n

This role combines operational leadership, clinical governance, financial management and quality improvement within a team-oriented and well-established environment.

n

Working alongside an experienced Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator and Regional leadership team, you will ensure excellent resident outcomes, engaged teams and continued compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead the day-to-day operations of a 100-bed residential aged care home
n
- Manage the clinical, operational and financial performance of the service
n
- Support, coach and develop leaders, nurses and care staff
n
- Drive compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
n
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
n
- Oversee workforce planning, occupancy and service delivery outcomes
n
- Conduct performance reviews and develop future leaders
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the home
n

About You

n

You are a supportive,



organised and capable leader who genuinely enjoys developing people and creating positive outcomes for residents.

n

You will also bring:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager, Care Manager or other senior aged care leader
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Confidence managing accreditation visits, complaints and compliance requirements
n
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within residential aged care
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
