Senior Business Analyst | System Development Are you a Business Analyst who thrives on building systems from the ground up rather than just mapping existing workflows? We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of a brand-current incentives scheme within a major government framework. This is a true greenfield opportunity where you will act as the vital bridge between policy experts, operations, and technical development teams to translate complex requirements into a functional software system.

Rate: $75 plus Super per hour (38 hours per week) Contract: ASAP - December 2026 Hybrid environment: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH

What You Will Do:

n

n
- Own the end-to-end system development lifecycle for a brand-new incentives scheme, taking it from initial concept to full build.
n
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and translate complex business and policy rules into detailed functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
n
- Perform hands‐on data profiling, data cleansing, and data analysis to define data and reporting requirements for the new system.
n
- Act as the primary technical liaison, bridging the gap between business stakeholders, policy experts, and ICT development teams.
n
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans,



while actively leading end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

n

n
- Ability to work autonomously, hit the ground running, and deliver results from day one with minimal guidance.
n
- A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience operating as a Senior Business Analyst.
n
- Proven track record in greenfield system development, including building software systems or applications from scratch.
n
- Strong hands‐on data analysis capabilities, including data profiling, cleansing, and defining data structures/reporting needs.
n
- Demonstrated experience developing test plans and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through to successful deployment.
n
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak the language of tech and fluently collaborate with ICT developers.
