About the Role
n
As a customer‐focused Product Specialist, you will manage a North Sydney territory, driving sales and adoption of our Trauma product portfolio, supporting surgeons in the operating theatre, and delivering product demonstrations and training.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies for trauma products.
n
- Promote sale of trauma products and actively manage consignment inventory and loan equipment logistics.
n
- Build relationships within the territory through trusted partnership and data insights.
n
- Support surgeons during cases in the operating theatre.
n
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information on product indications.
n
- Deliver regular training for theatre personnel in partnership with Internal Professional Education and Marketing teams.
n
n
Qualifications & Experience
n
n
- Degree qualified with proven hospital sales and territory management skills.
n
- Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
n
- Positive can‐do attitude, flexibility to work after office hours, and participation in a rotating weekend on‐call roster.
n
- Ability to identify customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs, and proactively seek solutions.
n
- Commercial acumen,
ability to develop relationships and have commercial conversations with a diverse range of customers.
n
- All applicants must have rights to work in Australia, a reliable car, and a valid driver licence.
