About the Opportunity
n
As a Security Contract Manager, you'll be the key link between our clients, Service Managers and frontline teams, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
n
You'll oversee day-to-day operations across your portfolio, maintain strong client relationships, support your teams, and help drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
n
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with on-call after-hours responsibility.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
n
- Lead, mentor and support operational teams across one or more sites.
n
- Ensure contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.
n
- Oversee security operations including visitor services, asset protection, access control, crowd management and major event activity.
n
- Coach and develop supervisors and security personnel to achieve high performance.
n
- Monitor operational performance, quality and compliance across all areas of responsibility.
n
- Assist with rostering, workforce planning and operational coordination.
n
- Respond to operational issues and provide after-hours support when required.
n
- Use ACESGroup's technology platforms to enhance reporting, operational visibility and service delivery.
n
- Ensure contractual obligations, reporting requirements and compliance standards are consistently met.
n

What We're Looking For:
n
Operational Leadership
n
n
- Demonstrated experience managing security operations in quick-paced, customer-focused environments.
n
- Ability to balance client expectations with operational requirements.
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
n
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
n
- Minimum three (3) years' management experience leading teams of 20+ personnel.
n
- Proven ability to coach, develop and retain high-performing teams.
n
- Confident working independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.
n
n
Stakeholder Management
n
n
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong client relationships.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Experience working in complex, high-volume operational environments.
n
n
Technical Capability
n
n
- Current NSW Security Licence (1A) - 2A highly regarded.
n
- Strong rostering, workforce planning and operational coordination skills.
n
- High level of computer literacy and confidence using technology platforms.
n
- Sound knowledge of security legislation, compliance and industry requirements.
n
- Current NSW Security Licence (1A)
n
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
- Current NSW RSA Card
n
- Full NSW Driver Licence
n
- Minimum one (1) year frontline customer service experience (or relevant equivalent experience)
n
- Awareness and acceptance of animals and wildlife, including snakes, in parkland environments
n
n
Qualifications (or willingness to obtain with our support)

- Certificate IV in Security Risk Management
n
- NSW Security Licence 2A
n
- SafeWork NSW Traffic Controller and Implement Traffic Control Plans cards
n
- White Card
n
- Fire Warden and Chief Warden certifications
n
- Confine Small Emergencies/First Attack Fire Fighting certification
n
- SEINS course
n
- Statement of Attainment NAT10685 - Handling of Sharps and Infectious Waste
n
