We're a high-end executive search and retained recruitment firm specialising in coaching and specialty sales talent for the Mining, Water, and Oil & Gas sectors. We're looking for a driven, people-focused Recruiter to join us part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

This role is perfect for a student, a parent returning to the workforce, or anyone looking for flexible, high-impact remote work with real career progression.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Understanding the job brief from the client and translating it into a clear search strategy
n
- Working with the resourcing team to search for and reach out to talent via our CRM, internal databases, and LinkedIn
n
- Cold outreach by phone — turning cold introductions warm through genuine, confident conversation
n
- Setting appointments for our CEO and senior leadership team
n
- Writing compelling job adverts that attract top talent
n
- Calling candidates and selling the opportunity — transferring energy and certainty to talent in a highly competitive market
n




- Marketing our services directly to prospective clients
n
- Supporting candidates and clients through every stage of the recruitment process
n
- Using AI tools to work smarter and faster
n
- Working to KPIs and hitting your targets
n

Compensation

n

n
- Part-time, hourly rate + bonuses paid on placements
n
- Base: approx. $35,000–$45,000 p.a. + bonuses
n
- OTE: approx. $100,000
n
