Job Description

You've done the hard yards. You're crawled through the roof spaces, chased out walls, pulled miles of heavy mains cable, and mastered the fundamental skills that make a great electrician. You respect the traditional trade because you live it every day.

n

But the electrical landscape is shifting, and the future is happening right now in smart energy.

n

Based out North of the River, we are looking for a 3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice who wants to take their rock-solid foundational skills and apply them to the fastest growing sector in Australia.

n

If you enjoy having you work day planned for you while working autonomously and being supported by strong team of highly experienced support staff then this position is for you.

n

Responsibilities of the Electrician:

n

n
- Installation/service of solar PV systems for residential and commercial projects.
n
- Audits on solar PV systems and compliance analysis.
n
- Fault finding/diagnosis of solar PV system issues and problem solving.




n
- Maintenance of solar PV systems and completing maintenance reports.
n

n

Desired Skills and Experience

n

Your Requirements:

n

n
- CEC Install & Design Accreditation preferred but not required
n
- Construction Induction Card and Working at Heights.
n
- Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment, &
n
- The position is open to Australian citizens &/or persons that have a legal, valid right to work in Australia.
n
