Batch Espresso is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.

n

This is a busy takeaway coffee-focused role, so we need someone who with fast hands, organised,



clean and confident working in high volume café environment.

n

The main focus of the role is making coffee, but we are looking for someone with a team-first attitude who is happy to help where needed. This may include occasionally taking orders, restocking, running rubbish etc.

n

The role includes:
n Making high-quality takeaway coffee
n Working efficiently during busy morning rush periods

n

Ability to follow recipe and execute
n Keeping the coffee area clean, organised and stocked
n Helping take orders when the team needs support
n Providing friendly and professional customer service

n

We are looking for someone who:
n Has solid barista experience
n Can handle high-volume takeaway coffee
n Is reliable, punctual and well-presented
n Works well in a team
n Has a positive, helpful attitude
n Is clean, organised and calm under pressure
n Is willing to help outside the coffee machine when needed
