Arborglen Pty Ltd is a thriving 55‐acre production nursery in Glenorie, proudly growing plants for all Flower Power Garden Centres. As one of NSW's most established horticultural groups, we offer a supportive workplace where you can build skills, grow your career and be part of a leading team.

We're currently searching for a Nursery Hand that is enthusiastic, hands‐on and ready to learn. Some nursery experience is needed, and we're committed to helping the right person continue to develop.

Your day-to-day may include:

- Weeding and general plant care
n
- Staking and trimming
n
- Moving and organising stock
n
- Picking and preparing plants for orders
n
- Potting and repotting
n
- Watering and fertilising
n
- Assisting with pest and disease management
n

n

What you bring

n

n




- Basic nursery or horticulture experience
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors
n
- Ability to carry out manual labour, including safely lifting loads of up to 15 kg
n
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
n
- A Chemcert card in Chemical Awareness (AQF2) will be highly regarded
n

This is a full‐time position (Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm) with Nursery Award pay and genuine opportunities for progression.
