Wise Corporate Australia is a leading provider of independent waterproofing inspection and compliance services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Waterproofing Technical & Compliance Consultant to join our team.

This is a varied role that offers a combination of in office inspections, report writing, compliance assessments, and office-based work. You'll have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a supportive team while contributing to projects across Sydney, Newcastle, and regional areas.

About the Role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Conducting waterproofing inspections on residential and commercial construction projects.
n
- Assessing waterproofing installations for compliance with Australian Standards / NCC and project specifications.
n
- Preparing detailed inspection and compliance reports, including photographs from company templates.
n




- Working independently on site and collaboratively with the Wise Corporate Australia team.
n
- Travelling to inspection sites throughout Sydney, Newcastle, and surrounding areas.
n
- Occasional regional travel, with advance notice provided.
n

n

The role offers a mixture of field work, office-based duties from our Sydney or Newcastle offices, and the opportunity to work from home where appropriate.

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with confident general computer and tablet skills.
n
- Can work independently and manage their time effectively.
n
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
n
- Is organised, reliable, and has strong attention to detail.
n
- Holds a current Australian Driver Licence and is comfortable travelling for work.
n

n

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

n

The following are highly regarded but not essential:

n

n
- Experience in waterproofing, construction, building inspections, or a related industry.
n
- Waterproofing or construction trade qualification or licence.
n
- White Card,Working at Heights ticket, Confined Spaces ticket etc
n
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and the NCC relating to waterproofing.
n
