TMS Clinician – Registered Nurse (Part-Time)

Omnimind Psychiatry is a growing private psychiatric practice based in Springfield Central, QLD. We are excited to be launching a new Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) service and are looking for a motivated clinician to join our team and help build this service from the ground up.

About the Role

n

Omni Mind is expanding our services to include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for patients with treatment-resistant depression, including veterans, at our Springfield Central clinic. We are looking for a Registered Nurse to train as our dedicated TMS Clinician. As our TMS Clinician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of TMS treatment to patients under the supervision and guidance of our psychiatrists.

This role starts part-time, 5 days per week (reduced hours per day), with a genuine pathway to full-time hours as patient volume builds; so you will grow into the role as our TMS caseload expands, rather than starting into an already-maxed-out full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

- - Administer and operate TMS treatment sessions for patients
n




- - Conduct pre- and post-treatment assessments and monitor patient responses
n
- - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
n
- - Educate patients and carers about TMS therapy
n
- - Liaise closely with the treating psychiatrist and broader clinical team
n
- - Contribute to the ongoing development of the TMS service
n

About You

n

n
- - Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
n
- - Mental health experience preferred — this may include mental health nursing, psychiatric settings, or related clinical environments
n
- - Junior to mid-level candidates encouraged to apply — full TMS training will be provided
n
- - Solid interpersonal and communication skills
n
- - Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a small clinic environment
n
- - Genuine interest in innovative psychiatric treatments
n
