Investment Analyst | Real Estate Investment & Capital Markets

This is not your typical analyst role.

We're representing one of Australia's most entrepreneurial real estate investment platforms as it embarks on an exciting new chapter of growth.

Backed by approximately A$500 million of committed equity, the business is expanding beyond its established hospitality platform into the rapidly growing Living sectors, including Build-to-Rent, Co-Living and alternative residential investments.

n

We're searching for an Investment Analyst who wants far more than building financial models.

n

Yes, you'll run acquisitions analysis, development feasibilities and financial modelling.

n

Yes, you'll prepare investment memoranda and investor presentations.

n

But you'll also be sitting alongside senior executives in meetings with institutional investors, helping pitch opportunities, communicate investment strategies and support the execution of major transactions.

n





We're looking for someone who enjoys telling the story behind the numbers as much as producing them.

n

You'll likely have 2–5 years' experience within:

- Real Estate Investment
n
- Property Funds Management
n
- Investment Banking
n
- Corporate Finance
n
- Real Estate Private Equity
n
- Property Advisory
n

n

Alongside strong technical capability, you'll possess exceptional communication skills, commercial curiosity and the ambition to become an investment qualified—not simply remain an analyst.
