What's The Role?

n

In the role of National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing sales strategies that drive results. By collaborating with Area Sales Managers and the Logistics and Product teams, you will contribute to a supportive setting focused on the development, launch and growth of LEPAS.

n

The successful candidate will:

n

- Analyse market and competitor data to identify key trends and growth opportunities.
n
- Identify future growth opportunities supported by data trends, patterns, and insights, and present these findings effectively.
n
- Develop sales strategies and customer target profiles for new model launches.
n
- Ensure that set targets are achieved on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including operational KPI targets.
n
- Support the dealership network in developing and executing plans to manage inventory, sales, marketing, and showroom displays.
n




- Manage the performance and accountability of Area Sales Managers.
n
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure the timely submission of new vehicle production orders to meet sales volume requirements.
n
- Prepare sales content for weekly and monthly meetings.
n
- Ensure the timely preparation, approval, and distribution of sales programs and bulletins.
n
- Maintain operational standards, including timely submission of RDA entries, accurate VFACTS submissions, aged stock management for both LEPAS and dealer stock, and new-car accessory sales.
n
- Ensure that dealer standards are met and maintained in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the dealer agreement, in alignment with LEPAS guidelines.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking driven individuals passionate about the automotive industry. You will strive to achieve results whilst developing a disciplined & structured process.

n
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar OEM Automotive role
n
- Proven track record in managing staff and dealer network performance
n
- Strong leadership and team management skills
n
- Solid ability to understand and present market dynamics
n
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM, etc.
n
- An analytical approach and result-oriented with a desire for career growth.
