MARS Recruitment is partnering with a well-established ASX-listed organisation to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer into its collaborative finance team.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the accounts payable function. The Role

n

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process across the business, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- End-to-end processing of high-volume supplier invoices.
n
- Supplier reconciliations, query resolution and maintaining supplier master data.
n
- Preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with internal controls and approval processes.
n
- Supporting month-end close activities,



reconciliations and audit requirements.
n
- Assisting with finance process improvements and ERP system enhancements.
n

About You:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
n
- Experience working within an ERP system.
n
- Strong understanding of end-to-end accounts payable processes.
n
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
n
- Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- Experience within construction, industrial, engineering or equipment hire will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
n
